Who We Are
Skymark Partners Limited is a private investment company incorporated in 2009. We are focused on investing and creating wealth in the growth sectors of the Nigerian economy. Together with our investment partners, we aim to unlock significant growth and value in the engines of growth that are reshaping the Nigerian economic landscape.
Using our proprietary capital, we invest in fast growth opportunities in target sectors and invite our investment partners to join us after de-risking the opportunity. We focus on sectors where we have strong relationships, insight, experience and competitive advantage. These sectors are also shown by demographic trends and market data to provide significant upside for those who invest properly.

Leveraging on the insights, track record and contacts of our board, we are able to access very attractive opportunities and oversee execution of our corporate goals.

The very low penetration of all sectors of the financial services sector makes it a long term bet for any investor. The difficulty is proper strategy fit for the market and flawless and focused execution. By leveraging the huge experience and networks of our promoters, Skymark is able to make investments in various segments of this sector; the lifeblood of the economy
Real Estate
We believe that there is always a market for centrally located quality property which factors in current market realities. We specialize in redevelopment of prime sites where change of use, intensification and exceptional design and construction can provide much better returns than in suburban developments.
Technology
We focus on early stage investments in companies with passionate and focused promoters who have figured a cheap way to use technology to make existing processes more efficient. These companies must be able scale rapidly and expand across Africa.
Demographic pressures have rendered public education facilities totally inadequate for the population. We are focused primarily on professional education and post-graduate training.We aim to deliver everything from short courses to degrees via 21st century technology platforms that are more efficient and cost effective in training the next generation.
Our primary focus is agricultural processing in sectors where Nigeria has competitive advantage, there is unmet local demand and import substitution is cost effective. In order to guarantee our feedstock for processing, we would also engage in backward integration by acquiring land for farming.
We currently have 10 portfolio investments accross our focus sectors. Our investments vary in obsolute size and percentage holding.
We are actively evaluating several opportunities in our focus sectors and are always on the lookout for promising opporunities from pre-seed to Series B, that meet our investment criteria.
